The labeling machine assembly line flip mechanism realizes product flipping through mechanical transmission and positioning devices, and cooperates with the visual system to complete double-sided labeling. Its core principles are as follows:
Flipping the process1. Automatic loading:
The product is transported to the positioning station through the silo and fixed by suction cups or clamps.
2. First labeling:
After the front labeling is completed at the first station, the product enters the flipping mechanism.
3. Precise flipping:
The servo motor drives the flip axis to rotate the product 180 degrees to the reverse labeling position. Some equipment uses pneumatic flipping, which requires a guide groove to ensure flipping stability.
4. Secondary labeling:
After flipping, the product is positioned by the visual system and the angle of the labeling head is adjusted to complete the back labeling.
Key technologiesVisual positioning:
The industrial camera identifies the product position and compensates for the offset during the flipping process, ensuring a labeling accuracy of ±0.05mm.
Synchronous control:
The flipping action is linked with each station of the labeling machine, and the photoelectric sensor is used to trigger the labeling time.
Vientiane Adjustment:
The labeling head can be adjusted in four dimensions: parallelism, tilt, distance and height to meet the labeling needs of products with different shapes.
This mechanism can be used in scenarios where double-sided labeling is required for magnetic sheets, plastic parts, etc., to achieve automatic loading and unloading of the entire process.
